Consideraciones sobre la arquitectura de Internet del Futuro

Resumo

Internet was designed over 30 years ago, under various assumptions that currently are not met. New applications and requirements that they can be implemented, new integrations and business models involving greater connectivity, demand changes to the global Internet and networks that are part of it. New standards have emerged to improve the network of networks, but many have only managed to increase performance or improve certain parameters, without considering to the applications and how they interact with each other. This paper analyzes these difficulties and that directions will take to solve the same in an Internet of the near future.
