Abstract

The quality of software is closely linked with the design as it is the primary means of communication with the user system. It is worth noting that the system of quality interaction causes the acceptance or rejection of the product before the personal user evaluation. Because of that, this paper will use a hybrid model of evaluation interfaces. The developer who has specific knowledge of interface evaluation techniques, and users of the system as sources of external knowledge to the software. Both form the sources for providing relevant information to the practical and daily use of the system. With this information, we prepared a summative evaluation for the implementation of interface, using predictive techniques based on checklist/ergolist. Forward-looking assessments were obtained through a questionnaire. The purpose of applying these evaluations is to improve the quality of the product with an overview of the system. Thus, this hybrid approach aims to combine the data collected from the two assessments and analyze them and then represent the union of the results of analyzes performed by means of an interface prototype. Finally, it is proposed as a result an improved interface design and consequently a greater aggregation of quality in terms of usability and software design.
