Abstract
Information Technology and Communication (ICT) has caused significant changes in the areas of culture, education, medicine, among others. In this context, the Augmented Reality (AR) is a tool that allows interaction and combination of the real physical world with the virtual world. This technology also allowed to develop educational materials to assist in teaching and learning, transforming abstract concepts presented in books through flat images into 3D images. This work depicts the development and evaluation of an application in RA, directed at teaching chemistry to high school students.
