Resumen

This paper describes the theoretical framework and the use of mobile networks in border locations, specifically in Region Patagonia (Argentina) to the border with Chile. The experiences that will be described in this article were conducted in 2014 and 2015 in five Argentine provinces of this Southern and border region with Chile (ST, SC, CU, NB and NE). Moreover, it relevant to analyze the results of tests carried out in the region to determine the reasons that an Argentine user can pick up a signal from a neighboring country without exceeding their own country as well as the variables that can change the signs and, consequently, the services provided by operators.
