Abstract

This paper presents an experience report about the implementation of a model for software process improvement called MPS.BR. The experience report was held at Digifred Sistemas para Gestão Pública that was certified in G level. The company applied the model in order to improve the software process in a gradual way with low cost. Also, the paper shows the implementation process of MPS.BR G Level that was applied in the company. To conclude the study, a survey with the employees involved in the assessment process was made to collect information and personal opinions.

Possui graduação em Ciência da Computação pela Universidade de Passo Fundo (2001), mestrado em Ciência da Computação pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2005) e doutorado em Ciências da Computação pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2010). Tem experiência na área de Engenharia de Software, com ênfase em Teste de Software, Métodos Formais e Engenharia de Software Experimental.
