Implementação do Nível G do MPS.BR na Empresa Digifred Sistemas

Resumen

This paper presents an experience report about the implementation of a model for software process improvement called MPS.BR. The experience report was held at Digifred Sistemas para Gestão Pública that was certified in G level. The company applied the model in order to improve the software process in a gradual way with low cost. Also, the paper shows the implementation process of MPS.BR G Level that was applied in the company. To conclude the study, a survey with the employees involved in the assessment process was made to collect information and personal opinions.
