Abstract

The aim of this succinct study is to analyze some dispositions of argentine actualization project of Civil and Commercial Code regarding CyberLaw aspects. Also, is made a comparison with brazilian dispositions about the same subject. Starting from this, are made some commentaries about argentine modifications envolving image protection, personal life protection, technological neutrality, confidentiality duty in informatic agreements, information duty in electronic environments and the right to retract on Internet.
