Abstract
This work aims to analyze the data collected from the interactions of customers in social networks corresponding to the companies of the industrial census of the city of Rafaela, in order to detect their relationships and feelings regarding the reputation of the industry. A detailed study of techniques that are used for sentiment analysis is carried out and an analysis is applied where the results obtained through these techniques are presented to determine based on the comments the approach that clients have regarding the quality of the industrial products and their relationship with companies. The results determine that the reputation of the industry is low and the level of customer interaction is minimal, where the approach could be used for direct application over another industrial, commercial or service area.
