Abstract

The learning style reflects the particular path of each individual to learn a particular subject or content. In this way, the use of educational games can benefit. Besides the students learn playing the game can adapt to the student profile can enhance learning through personalized feedback, this element essential for teaching and learning. This article proposes a player model based on learning styles for educational games in the style question and answer that favors the provision of adaptive feedback. This model was evaluated by 65 students from public schools, belonging to the 1st and 2nd years of high school. According to students, the game with adaptive feedback was more effective in the process teaching/learning the game without adaptive feedback.
